To make rent payment as convenient as possible, we offer several options. Our preferred method is through the Resident Portal or the Resident Portal Mobile App, which allows for e-check and credit card payments (please note that service fees may apply). To submit your payment, visit our community website and select 'Residents' to log in. You can also download the Resident Portal Mobile App on your preferred Android or Apple device to pay your rent. Additionally, we accept check and money order payments at our leasing office.
What kind of tours do you offer for the 1-, and 2- bedroom apartments at Iron Horse Valley?

What lease terms are available at Iron Horse Valley?
We offer 6,12, and 18 month leases.
Are utilities included in the rent payment?
Utilities are not included in the rent.

How much is the security deposit and application fee at Iron Horse Valley?
There is a security deposit of $300 for 1 bedrooms and $400 for 2 bedrooms. There is an application fee of $50 per applicant.

Iron Horse Valley offers two pools, a basketball court, a tennis court, a volleyball court, and on-site laundry facilities.
Do you allow pets? What is the pet policy?
Dogs and cats are allowed with no weight limit, but breed restrictions apply.
What are the hours of the leasing office?
Monday- Friday 8:30-12:00 and 1:00-5:30, Saturday and Sunday: Closed.

Do apartments have dishwashers?

Do the Iron Horse Valley apartments have in-home washers and dryers?
We do not have in-home washer and dryers, but we do have two on-site laundry facilities to make laundry a breeze! Select apartments offer washer and dryer connections.
Do the kitchen sinks at Iron Horse Valley have a garbage disposal?
Our sinks are equipped with garbage disposals.
